From job ad: You will lead our next phase of community engagement by becoming the new face of Bravado in the War Room, Bravado’s virtual community platform for sales professionals, and serving as a liaison between users and the rest of the Bravado organization. You will be responsible for creating and executing engagement strategy, moderating content, coordinating all official communication from Bravado in the War Room, and liaising with internal teams with autonomy and significant ownership.
Requirements:
- You have 5+ years of experience in community management, customer success, or customer-facing roles with a strong record of measurable results.
- You have high EQ and user empathy, and the ability to deeply understand salespeople’s psyche.
- You’re an excellent writer with strong communication skills and can adopt a voice that resonates with the community.
- You are a highly goal-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- You are highly detail-oriented and curious, a fast learner, and a strong problem solver.
