ABOUT THE JOB: The following are the essential functions of the position. The list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary.

• Actively manage your Human Review queue for alerts that need attention and act upon extremely sensitive data.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing data to determine context and intent.
• You play a critical role in identifying potentially harmful online activity and be responsible for reporting potential threats of violence or self-harm immediately.
• Work closely with developers to understand programs and be able to suggest minor modifications if necessary.
• Work closely with Technical Support to resolve customer-specific needs.
• Continue training to update skill set regarding alerts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Some shifts have working hours that are non-traditional (I.e. evenings/nights). Some weekends and holidays may be required.
