- Review and reply to comments left on multiple clients’ social networks in the relevant brand voice.
- Start conversations via comments and keep those conversations going to increase engagement and reach
- Understand cultural moments and be able to leverage those moments in a smart and compelling way through community management.
- Collaborate with social media managers and influencer/ambassador managers
