What you’ll be doing…
- Own the overall management and official communication of Artie’s Discord server day-to-day
- Develop channel health metrics and regularly report on the growth and effectiveness of our community.
- Strive to maintain positive sentiment, listen to feedback from the community, and address any concerns as they come up
- Partner closely with Social to develop consistent content strategies that will resonate with our Discord community
- Implement ongoing channel updates and manage Artie’s team of moderators
