Position Summary:

Are you a passionate sports fan? Do you want to work closely with elite athletes and world-renowned sports talent? MILLIONS is seeking enthusiastic moderators to focus on elevating the athlete fan experience through efficient moderation.

The moderator will be able to prompt the athlete with talking points to moderate discussions during watch streams to ensure compliance with the community guidelines, and appropriately deal with problematic users. You will work closely with the Streaming Manager/Lead Moderator to ensure all WatchStreams run in accordance to the community guidelines and provide relevant feedback of both athlete and fan user experiences

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are being followed
Prompt Athletes with talking points, questions, and all relevant information regarding the live event
Understand the banned user process, and track and remove previously banned users
Regularly feed back insights gained from community moderation into the Community team
Monitor event and athlete information and news to anticipate potential issues
Moderators are expected to stay for the full duration of the Watch Stream; the length of the Watch Stream may vary by sport, athlete, and event
