What You Will Do:
As a Brand Reviewer, you will become a Brand Subject Matter Expert, reviewing and feeding back on bodies of work including, but not limited to motion graphics, visual identities, brand guidelines, presentation design and email campaign design, and be the point of contact for all incoming design reviews or questions from Cisco clients. This will require a degree of Account Management and coordination skills to both provide excellent client services and work with our internal creative team to provide creative guidance to our clients.
- Serve as main point of contact for client projects and advise clients on options and capabilities utilizing brand best practices
- Manage the “Ask Brand” service, together with Art Directors, reviewing and feeding back on any work created by clients to ensure creative assets align to our brand guidelines and adhere to our high standards of consistency and quality
- Maintain a focus on client services to create repeat work and pursue the type of projects that align with our team’s expertise.
