You will monitor multiple chatbot interactions and introduce their human expertise into conversations when required. You will monitor dozens of bot conversation thru multiple channels to ensure positive customer sentiment and institute service recover when chabots are not handling Chabot conversations effectively. You will provide feedback to conversational designers to improve and enhance the overall bot experience. You will support the implementation and continued development of our Chat Assistant (chatbot).
How will you make a difference to PMI?
- You will manage and maintain the conversation design/process regarding the chat/AI bots.
- You will work with the Operations team and other cross-functional teams for development, chatbot training and quality validation, to map current business processes, define and analyze business activities, identify best practices, and recommend improvements.
- You will work with conversations designers to train chatbots to handle upsell/cross-sell to drive incremental revenue.
- You will analyze chat/AI bot analytics to identify optimization and conversion opportunities for continued improvement.
- You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive critical insights that help our customers understand and optimize their digital marketing and sales funnel.
- You will monitor and act upon real-time KPIs to ensure a positive customer experience.
