Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a posting strategy within the community. Spark and sustain conversations!
- Host live online meetups and Q&A sessions with Commune teachers
- Work with Commune teachers to create “curriculums” for their monthlong mentorship programs
- Give community members a behind-the-scenes view of Commune
- Facilitate members forming small accountability groups
- Work with Commune’s leadership team to develop and launch an Ambassador program
- Manage Commune Ambassadors and provide them with tools to host small, in-person meetups
- Moderate comments and answer direct messages inside the Commune community
Required Experience:
- 2+ years experience in community management
- 2+ years experience in social media management, customer service, or event management
Desired Skills:
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Organized and efficient.
- Deep understanding of the wellness space, including personal development, mental and physical health, yoga and meditation, environmental sustainability, etc.
This job is remote but with a preference for candidates within commuting distance of Topanga, CA.
