looking for an energetic and driven individual to join our Community Safety team to help with the growing workload and contribute to the further development of our Locals community.
As part of our team, you will
- Be the face of Locals and provide friendly, personal, and efficient customer support via the Locals app and Zendesk.
- Process incoming applications to join Locals, and watch out for scammers and violators.
- Document user feedback for further analysis
- Help solve member issues and report any technical issues promptly for resolution
- Stay up-to-date on product changes in order to understand user pain points and help them troubleshoot their concerns
- Work 4-days week with the following schedule: Thursday/Friday – 10 pm to 5 AM and Saturday/Sunday – 6 PM to 6 AM GMT (note the timezone Greenwich Mean Time)
