In this position you will be responsible for developing and expanding our brand experience, connecting with our passionate community and developing an interactive CX tech stack.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the brand customer experience strategy
- Bring to life regular community engagement activations across fitness challenges, product launches and daily social/CX interactions
- Manage inbound customer messages across all channels; including email, online chat, SMS and social, proactively acting on opportunities to deepen connection through conversations
- Develop our CX tech stack to create positive and engaging experiences for our customers
- Work with the marketing team to create and implement strategies for growing our customer base
- Monitor, collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, create action plans to quickly react
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all digital platforms
- Lead the creation of a new loyalty and rewards program with the goal of delivering an immersive and connected brand experience
- Creatively lead day to day management of the @ teamlsf Instagram page, building overall strategy, content and execution
- Monitor and engage with the LSF community/customers on our social media platforms including answering DMs and comments
- Track social growth and community insights to drive internal conversation and action on behalf of our community
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building and managing communities, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Experience using CX software and tools (CRM platforms, Reviews, Shopify, etc.)
- Able to self start and motivate in a fast paced small team environment
