Online Community Manager at Energy Vault

What you will do

  • Be a publicly visible and active digital brand ambassador for Energy Vault.
  • Build strong global and localized online communities through managing and interacting with audiences on LinkedIn and all social and video platforms, online forums, webinars, and others.
  • Engage tactfully and effectively with broad international digital audiences, localized groups, and individual followers online.
  • Engage on topics that may require good technical aptitude, research, and showcase a genuine interest in renewable energy technologies and related engineering topics; global and localized.
  • Synthesize online channel data from various public sources, internal stakeholders, and marketing peers.
  • Contribute and execute on collaboratively formulated strategies and tactics to influence audience views and opinions.
  • Lead execution of both global and localized digital community engagement tactics and outreach efforts.
  • Shape a culture of collaboration, innovation, constant improvement, excellence, transparency, open mindedness, humility, integrity, efficiency, joy, compassion, and fulfillment.

What a qualified candidate should possess

  • 3 – 5 years experience in an Online Community Manager / Digital Influencer role; renewable energy sector a plus.
  • Expert experience building and maintaining digital communities and engaging audiences on LinkedIn, YouTube, online forums, panel discussions, webinars, and other strategic online activities.
  • Expert level experience nurturing and influencing existing digital communities, groups, and followers with potentially strong for and against opinions.
  • Expert ability to acquire and integrate rapidly evolving renewable energy industry trends, market opinions, and public company data to collaboratively formulate strategy and engage with the public on these topics online.
  • Technical aptitude, research skills and interest in renewable energy technologies and related engineering a strong plus.
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills; Writing skills in both short and long form.
  • University degree, or college diploma, in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, public relations, advertising or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to positively embrace change and favourably contribute to Energy Vault’s culture of speed, accountability, transparency, and trust.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, rapid growth environments.
  • Experience in public companies is a plus.
