Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, develop, and optimize Zollege’s existing social media platform strategies, including establishing new presences on emerging platforms.
- Build and maintain a social media posting calendar, collaborating with the content marketing manager and larger marketing team.
- Track and interpret community metrics (likes, comments, direct messages, reviews, etc.) in platform, on Hubspot, and Sprout Social.
- Analyze and transform key metrics into actionable insights for all content stakeholders and assist in managing the social platform relationships (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Monitor and proactively increase social traffic, growth and engagement performance across all brands.
- Utilize testing best practices on social media content to increase brand awareness and conversions across the marketing funnel.
- Provide editorial contractors and the marketing team with strategic and tactical support across all social platforms.
- Communicate with followers, respond to messages and comments in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews across platforms.
- Build relationships with past, present, and future students through social media creating an engaged community that drives brand affinity.
- Collaborate with other teams, like sales, product, and campus managers to ensure brand consistency.
Required Skills And Experience
- 3+ years of professional content curation and social media marketing experience.
- Proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences.
- Experience working with multiple accounts and brands.
- Sound knowledge of key tools including Facebook Business, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc.
- An obsession with creating impactful social media content is a must.
Desired Skills And Experience
- Paid social experience – specifically optimizing CPCs, lead generation and audience retargeting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently and within a small team.
- Experience working in an early stage, rapidly moving company.
- Experience working in multi unit business.
