Social Media Manager at Ceros

The Role

The main mission of the Social Media Manager is to begin building a worldwide community of digital creators, by managing, owning, and realizing the full creative potential of Ceros’ social media channels. You will direct a steady stream of imaginative, relevant, occasionally hilarious content, and then develop a strategy and calendar that makes the most of it. The goal is to engage audiences, grow followers, and assist prospects and customers — from freelance designers looking for free motion graphics and ideation tools to CMOs of enterprise clients signing up for six-figure commitments. This requires amazing ideas, sharp writing, and a refined visual sense.

The Manager is responsible for maintaining the existing social media accounts, engaging users in the community, identifying areas of expansion with new campaigns, and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure a timely mix of content.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day management of posts and activity and ensure brand consistency
Facilitate brand and company awareness through various social media channels
Be creative! And empower creativity in other team members.
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, Tik Tok, and YouTube.
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly objectives and initiatives
Engage our followers and be an active participant in building community
Practical stuff we anticipate you having

3-5 years of social media management experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day social media operations
Strong writing and messaging skills.
Proficiency using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite or Sprout
General knowledge of SEO and internet ranking for web content
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how it relates and is complemented by social media
Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
Key Things to Know.

A base salary of $80,000 – 110,000, depending on skills and experience.
