Superdigital is looking for a Community Manager who can join our team, managing social channels to establish a connection between the brand and its fans. You’ll love our team if you are an independent thinker, and a proactive self-starter with curiosity and imagination to help drive the business forward for both our agency and clients. This role will stretch across most lines of existing business, working across sports, tech, and entertainment brands.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Daily monitoring of social media platforms, identifying opportunities to proactively and

reactively engage with users

  • Crafting replies in the appropriate brand voice & tone
  • Social listening of specific keywords and mentions to identify proactive conversation opportunities
  • Fielding comments from the community to the appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Developing community management best practices agency-wide and serving as an educator for the rest of the team and clients
  • Compiling reports of trending conversations, sentiment, and notable engagements from social

ABOUT YOU

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Community Manager for an agency or a brand
  • Heavy social media user, especially with TikTok and Instagram, Twitter a plus
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • On top of what’s trending on social media and in culture
  • Knowledge of social listening & social media management tools like SproutSocial, HootSuite, and platform analytics
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
