Support Community Lead at Akamai

Support Community Lead oversees and guides the day-to-day activities of the Support Community Team. They’re expert communicators who understand the needs of our customers and Community. Their functional purpose is to lead our Community Team and improve our community.

As a Support Community Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of the Community Team
  • Measuring and developing Community Team key performance indicators
  • Driving Community Q&A Site improvements and engagement
  • Acculturating content to ensure it resonates with our target audience, and avoiding culturally sensitive content
  • Being technically and operationally familiar with Linode products, services, and systems
  • Providing feedback and coaching to Community Team members
