Role Description
The Oasis Protocol Foundation is looking for a Community Moderator fluent in Chinese and English to own and drive the development of our official Oasis community channels.
Responsibilities:
- Drive positive experience through expert moderation and engagement on the China Community Telegram, Twitter, Discord, forums and other channels
- Foster peer-to-peer engagement, while providing quality responses and community support
- Translate and propagate all content from the English community to the Chinese community (tweets,blogs, community announcements)
- Provide technical expertise in a way that is comprehensive yet easy to understand
- Drive brand adoption and excitement among community members
- Communicate and support Oasis Ambassadors and influencers
- Perform social media listening & sentiment analysis
Requirements:
- Fluent Chinese speaker
- Proficient English speaker
- 2+ years of experience in moderating communities in the blockchain, crypto or DeFi space
- Technical knowledge (plus)
- Able to deliver based on short deadlines and multitask
