With an annual base salary range of $60,000 – $70,000 I feel they are asking a lot for low pay however that is just my feelings on it because posting content is not something I like to do. 

Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate Manager of Social Media & Community who will oversee the posting of social media content and manage all community interactions across channels. You thrive on collaboration and know the ins and outs of how to optimize content for posting on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.

As an Associate Manager of Social Media & Community at Hanna Andersson, you have a passion for social and a keen understanding of social trends and the specific demands of each social platform. You will work mainly across organic social channels, working to build the Hanna community as an engaging and community-first way. You will also work across community management, interacting with consumers comments, reacting to influencer or partner content, and growing our channels via niche social communities.

You’re the kind of person who gets excited and inspired by breakthrough social and marketing ideas. You roll up your sleeves and can deliver quality work in a time-crunch. You have a knack for storytelling and presenting ideas in a way that makes people fall in love. Additionally, you’re collaborative, organized, and accountable, giving proper attention to the detail of your craft as well as bringing your teammates along in the process.

We’re looking for someone with a strong drive to collaborate, and someone who thrives on insights, data and possesses fearless creativity, who can lead a team with compassion and conviction.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting of daily social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Daily interaction with consumers and creators across social platforms
  • Partner with the wider social team to align the content posting calendar
  • Outreach and interaction with social accounts that align with Hanna’s target consumer groups
  • Monitor social for emerging trends
  • Measure and report on content performance and customer sentiment across social channels
  • Implement social media content and content creator strategies to drive results
  • Deep understanding of the social media space across existing and emerging platforms
  • Act as final QC prior to posts going live across platforms
  • Work with a social management tool to schedule content, get proper approvals, then push content live based on the aligned content calendar
