Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate online content to determine its veracity and categorize it according to our policy.
- Accurately and consistently apply labels to content based on guidelines and training provided.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain consistency and quality in data labeling.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the labeling process and guidelines.
- Participate in regular training sessions to ensure ongoing quality and consistency in the labeling process.
Qualifications
- Native Language proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
- Must also possess strong English language skills for internal communication. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. communications, journalism, information science) preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an ability to evaluate the accuracy and veracity of online content.
- Strong research skills, OSINT skills are helpful.
- Ideally, familiarity with the media landscape in Spain, different forms of misinformation/disinformation, including false news, propaganda.
- Excellent knowledge in current affairs, especially about political trends and other topics of importance online.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in data labeling or content moderation preferred.
- Social media community exposure and experience.
- Comfort with the internet, using computers and software tools.
