Our team is diverse, eclectic, fun, and talented. We’re entirely remote and located globally. As the Art Community Manager, you’ll work directly with our early adopter artist community. Your role will be to help drive artist engagement, content, and conversation within and outside the product.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and growing the artist pipeline
• Artist onboarding
• Sales logistics
• Managing community day-to-day communications with social media and email
• 1-1 curation with high-profile collectors
• High-level curation strategy for the platform
• Curator onboarding
• Art world events and activations

You will be our first Art Community Manager! You love art, the art community, and artists. These are some of your personality traits, interests, or previous work experiences:

• You’ve worked directly with artists as a manager, curator, or gallerist
• You have a large network in the art world
• You know how to build relationships with artists
• You’re a 0-1 leader
• You can navigate global cultures
• You like to create your own structure and are comfortable managing up
• You are collaborative and excited to work with a diverse team
• You are comfortable contributing to a remote team
• You can execute
• You are proactive
• You are flexible with different timezones

• Related work experience in the art market
• Related work experience in a start-up
• Excellent artist/collector relationship skills
• Understanding of logistics and the art sales process
• Community leader in an art vertical
