What you’ll work on
- Engaging with the Arduino community across multiple platforms and Social Media channels (FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Redditt and more), to grow our relevance and impact among our users.
- Monitoring social media channels and social media influencers.
- Responding to any mentions, answering questions pertaining to Arduino and portraying/seeding Arduino as a viable solution to people’s ‘how to’ questions.
- Actively engage with the global Arduino User Groups – sharing new products, arranging roadtests, challenges etc
- Generating exciting new ideas to promote the Arduino technology platform and generate growth in according with targets per segment for the Arduino community and Arduino store
- Coordinate the creation of messages for social media channels – writing and publishing social posts, ensuring they are on brand in both tone of voice and type/nature
- Engage with the Arduino community through the global Arduino User Groups through a series of activities that you’ll be instrumental in defining
- Work with the BU Heads & Marketing team to help manage the conversation in our communities
- Analyzing digital data and sharing insights based on user behavior across Arduino-owned platforms and Social Media channels
- Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
What you bring
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) is a MUST. Another major European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish) will be considered a plus
- Technology background and knowledge of the Arduino platform (ideally you are an Arduino user)
- Degree level education
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Community Management with the associated analytics
- Energy: passion and originality for developing engaging Social Media campaigns
- A flair for writing compelling marketing copy with a good eye for detail
- Be happy and comfortable working individually and within a team
