You Will:

  • Welcome clients and engage in conversation
  • Respond to chat requests and concerns via live chat and email
  • Maintain and keep platforms free from inappropriate, and illegal content
  • Ensure that players adhere to the game’s rules and regulations

Requirements

  • A Native Portuguese and Fluent English Speaker
  • 21+ year old
  • Fast in typing with perfect grammar
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly to new changes and environment
  • Multitasker and willing to improve
  • Professional and can empathize with customer issues
Other details:
  • Full-time job with 5 working days having 40 to 44 hours per week
  • Morning and/or Afternoon schedules with 1 work day on weekends
  • Long-term job position
