WHO YOU ARE
We’re seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) Community Operations Contractor to manage the operational aspects of our EX Community on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have experience working with digital platforms and vendors. They will work to ensure a seamless user experience and operational efficiency on our platform.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the internal software development team and external vendors (Khoros, Whatfix) to keep the EX Community platform working and updated
- Optimize areas of the platform to ensure users remain engaged and operations run smoothly
- Anticipate potential issues within the EX Community and proactively develop and implement solutions
- Support and moderate different online events for the community, including real-time virtual events hosted in collaboration with external partners
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven ability to identify and rectify technical problems within a community environment; experience with Khoros is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and ability to leverage interpersonal skills both online and offline
- Ability to quickly make sound judgments and decisions when necessary
- Positive, professional attitude and strong team orientation
