About The Role
As a Community Manager you will be responsible for interacting with our client’s social media and review listings. You will also be responsible for reporting and social media trend-spotting. This job is based in the US, working during your local time, but remotely with the UK team. Phased start – initial 3 weeks at 3 hours a day with the goal of a full-time 9.30-5, Monday to Friday to follow.
The day-to-day tasks of this role include the following:
- Monitoring reviews from multiple channels (e.g. Google Reviews, Yell, Yelp etc.).
- Responding to both English and non-English reviews.
- Liaising with the team when problems arise in a clear, concise and efficient manner, working with them to resolve issues with creative assets and/or written copy.
- Flagging with Senior Management or Account Managers of any unusual reviews or comments, in order to take collective action in rectifying situations.
- Crafting bespoke responses and liaising with the client’s Customer Service and IT teams to fast-track resolution.
- Creating sentiment reports for specific clients that relate to community management.
- To undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required from time to time.
About You

- Exhibit an extremely strong understanding of the English language.
- Have a strong understanding of all social media platforms and how to publish on them.
- Have a high attention to detail in all work you produce.
- Exhibit a high level of knowledge of social media content/trends, and how the two relate to each other.
- Demonstrate a proactive nature in solving client issues.
- Work independently and within a team.
- Have extremely good time-management skills.
- Be an ambassador for GH05T at all times.
