Not entry-level, experience needed!

From ad: Community building & engagement:

  • In support of the company’s business and marketing goals, develop a comprehensive social media strategy and calendar that further advances the brand, including account growth, brand awareness, new user acquisition, customer loyalty and overall community engagement
  • Ignite the brand’s presence on TikTok by developing a strategy for the platform, while setting and working toward competitive KPIs for account growth and engagement
  • Create highly engaging, on-trend social posts, creating and sourcing content, crafting compelling on-brand copy, developing shot lists and managing out-of-house content creators and agencies as needed (ideally you will also bring your own content creation skills to the table)
  • Proactively determine and implement new opportunities to engage and expand our audience (contests, brand partnerships, creative ways to engage audiences, new app platforms i.e. Threads)
  • Engage with Munk Pack’s social media community members daily, on and off screen, to nurture an authentic and enthusiastic online community, acting as the face and voice of the brand with a deep understanding of the customer and resolving any customer service issues that may arise
  • Nurture and grow our community, on and offline, creating a strategy and toolset for developing a strong and engaged community of brand advocates
  • Source and manage brand partnerships to provide value to our existing community and build awareness with new audiences

Understanding & Analyzing Social Media Landscape:

  • Keep a pulse on market trends, consumer markets, and competitors to recognize challenges and opportunities
  • Own all performance reporting, delivering insights that drive recommendations to continuously improve and grow channel base and engagement over time
  • Set, work toward, and report against monthly KPIs to identify optimizations and measure success.
  • Must be able to analyze performance to identify content types and themes that maximize engagement.

Manage deadlines and project plans to ensure all initiatives launch on time

Weekend and evening moderation check-ins

Influencer:

  • Analyze current partnerships, audit accounts and develop a robust, creative and scalable end-to-end multi-channel influencer strategy that brings our brand story to life
  • Actively source, evaluate and activate authentic partnerships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors to promote our products, build brand awareness, and build trust and authority for our brand
  • Implement attribution tactics that to measure the effectiveness and ROI of our campaigns
  • Negotiate contracts and track partnerships to ensure deliverables are met on time and within agreed upon terms, organizing generated content as it is received
  • Analyze and present reporting metrics to guide optimization and future campaigns
