Cohere is seeking Data Annotators with skills in Safety or Content Moderation. As a Data Quality Specialist, your role will be crucial in improving the performance of the Large Language Model.
In this position, you will be responsible for labeling, ranking, auditing, and correcting text output – Engaging with both human-generated and model-generated tasks, and contribute to preventing the model from generating unintentional or adversarial toxic or unsafe outputs. *Note: this may involve exposure to explicit content, including content of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature.
Your responsibilities will include improving model safety by labeling, proofreading, and enhancing machine-written and human-written generations. You will also be expected to efficiently complete reading and text-based assignments with high attention to detail, evaluate and complete preference-based tasks, and provide feedback to cross-functional team members.
Ad calls for at least 1 year of experience in Content Moderation and/or Trust and Safety.
